- How does the 30-day guarantee work?
- The first paid subscription retains its 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Other unused-pack and partial-period rules apply only where they do not reduce the preserved withdrawal right, mandatory law or a stronger guarantee already sold.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Use Billing history and requests in your FluxoKit account, or contact support@fluxokit.ai, for cancellation, refunds, invoices and payment-method assistance. Recording a request does not confirm that a refund was sent, a cancellation completed or an email delivered. Check the confirmed outcome; if a renewal is approaching or a request is held or fails, contact support. A confirmed end-of-period cancellation stops future renewals and preserves the already-paid period. Refund and withdrawal effects are handled separately.
- What AI models are available?
- FluxoKit gives you access to 135 AI models across LLM, text-to-image, image editing, text-to-video, image-to-video, and native apps/tools. Examples include GPT-5, Claude 4.5 Sonnet, Gemini 3 Pro, Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3.1, Kling 3, Flux 2, Runway Gen4.5, and Nano Banana.
- Is my data secure?
- FluxoKit does not use private customer inputs or outputs to train its own foundation models. Third-party AI providers process submitted content under their own terms, which may include using it to operate or improve their models.
- Do you offer onboarding and human support?
- Yes. Studio is the higher-volume plan with full model access, priority processing, and higher concurrency. Small teams should compare expected credit needs before choosing Fast, Creator, or Studio.
