Product and account support
For help using FluxoKit's image, video, copy, or workflow tools, email support@fluxokit.ai. Include the email associated with your account, the page or model you were using, and a short description of what happened.
For a generation issue, the approximate time and the error message shown in the product can help explain the problem. Share only the details needed to understand your request; passwords and payment card details are not needed.
Billing, subscriptions, and refunds
For questions about a charge, subscription, credit balance, cancellation, or refund, contact support@fluxokit.ai. Where possible, write from the email associated with your account and include the charge date and what you need help with.

These guides are product documentation, not a public developer API reference. FluxoKit does not currently publish a public developer API. Contact support with integration questions before planning an external integration.
